ClearCourse acquires leading UK CRM provider FLG

London 08 September 2020 - ClearCourse Partnership LLP (“ClearCourse” or “the Group”), a group of innovative technology companies providing useful, integrated software solutions, today announces the acquisition of FLG (“the Company”), an easy-to-use CRM platform that helps SMEs manage leads and automate processes. FLG becomes the 18th company to join ClearCourse, adding to the Group’s rapidly growing CRM offering. ClearCourse’s acquisition of FLG will provide the Company with further strategic operational direction and technological support.


Founded in 2007, FLG has built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading CRM platforms for businesses wishing to automate lead management without changing sales processes. The platform adapts and integrates into any business’s legacy systems to provide intelligent workflow solutions that enable the automated management of up to one million leads with touchpoints across the entire customer journey. FLG generates full audit trails of every interaction between clients and their customers or prospective leads whilst providing analytical data to allow for ongoing improvements to processes.


FLG employs 11 staff across product development, support, onboarding, and marketing in its two offices in Padiham and Manchester. The Company has a proven track record serving the financial services industry, with clients including Creditfix Ltd., Etico Group Ltd., and TFS Loans Ltd.

Sacha will lead ClearCourse’s financial strategy, working with senior leaders to accelerate organic growth, drive profitable sales, and deliver the company’s goal of being a leading engine powering small and mid-sized businesses across the UK. Before joining ClearCourse, Sacha spent nearly nine years as Chief Financial Officer at Coople, a leading digital staffing agency, where he led corporate expansion initiatives and oversaw the Group’s financial strategy. He has also held senior roles within private equity and investment firms, where he focused on identifying and scaling high-potential businesses through strategic M&A, financial restructuring and investment projects across Europe and the US.
